Breathe!
In our modern hectic lifestyles, we have forgotten how important it is to breathe.
Breathing is a fundamental part of life and every breath we take in literally sucks fresh new energy into our bodies.
Take 10 minutes every day to solely concentrate on breathing.
Close your eyes and focus on taking deep breaths in through your nose and exhaling out of your mouth.
With every breath you take in, visualise white light energy entering your body through your mouth.
With every breath you exhale, visualise black dark smoke coming out of your mouth.
This is a very effective visualisation technique which focuses on taking in positive energy and releasing negative energy.
Body Brushing
Dry body brushing is an important step in cellulite reduction and detoxification.
The brush must have natural bristles and not synthetic fibres.
Dry body brushing should be done on a daily basis. The strokes must be firm and long, always towards the heart.
Start with light strokes and build it up stronger as your skin gets used to it.
The benefits of body brushing include slogging off dead skin cells, blood flow stimulation and the encouragement of ordinary fat cells to disperse.
Yoga
Yoga has amazing benefits for the body including toning muscles and reducing blood pressure.
It is also fabulous for reducing tension and stress levels in the body.
Either join a yoga class or try it in the comfort of your own home.
You will be amazed how just 20 minutes of yoga every day can make you feel.
Always breathe in through the nose and out the mouth.
A simple exercise to get you started is to stretch your arms above your head, keeping your legs and back straight.
Inhale deeply and slowly bend over as if you are touching your toes.
Do not over stretch yourself and make sure you keep your knees locked.
If you do this every day, you will notice how much lower you can reach as the weeks go by and before you know it, you will be touching the floor!

damage it is having on our bodies.
However, it is undeniable that the amount of radiation we are susceptible to in our modern daily lives is excessive and not in balance with nature.
Excess radiation causes cancer, and we suggest limiting the amount of hours per week that you use your mobile phone/wireless internet to reduce your radiation intake.
