Reiki Healing

Reiki is a form of healing using "universal life energy" channelled through Nina to the recipient.
Nina's hands will be lightly placed on different areas of your body and you may feel a sensation of "heat" emanating from her hands, yet you will not feel any pain.
You may experience different sensations including sensing colours and feeling your body start to "flow" but above all, you will feel extremely relaxed, nurtured and safe.

The word "Rei" means universal consciousness, and the word "ki" means the same as "Chi" in Chinese, or "Prana" in Sanskrit; it means life force energy. As long as something is alive, it has life force; when it dies, this energy departs.
