Soul Detox Tips
Write
It is very soul-enhancing to write down your thoughts and inner feelings,
especially if you find it hard to say them out loud.
Evidence suggests that
suppressed emotion can eventually manifest in blockages within the body which
can lead to disease.
Emotionally detox your soul and release all those years of
negative emotions and memories resulting from past issues that you do not need
to hold on to any longer!
Write letters to people whom you never had the courage
to truly say what you always wanted to say. You don't have to ever post them,
but this is part of the emotional detox process. Or, write poems about your life
experiences and memories.

Dance like no-one is watching
This is one of our favourites.
Shut the curtains, turn the music up loud and allow yourself to dance like a crazy person! Really let yourself go and lose
yourself in the music without any embarrassment.
Not only is this great exercise for the entire body, your soul will love you for it!
Pamper Pamper!
Everyone needs some pamper time.
Whether it is treating yourself to a luxurious spa day or simply spending an hour in the bath with a scrummy face pack, allow yourself some "me time" with no distractions.
Book a massage (see treatments section for details of our highly recommended Thai Massage) or even just switch the phone off for an afternoon.

Simply mush some avocados into a bowl and stir in some Virgin Coconut Oil (available in our Online Shop).
When you have a smooth creamy paste, use this as a skin purifying face and body mask.
Leave on for 10 minutes and then wash off to reveal smooth and supple skin! Heaven!
